All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly due to materials, finishes, and handmade processes.
As many BLOK products are handcrafted, variations in finish, colour, and texture are natural and part of the product.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance. BLOK reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of purchase.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
BLOK will make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to production, demand, or external factors.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you are a consumer, you have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in original condition.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
8. Warranty & Use
Products are intended for proper use only.
Knives and grills must be used with care. BLOK accepts no responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
Knives should not be used on frozen materials, hard surfaces, or in dishwashers.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLOK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
