Delivery: All BLOK products are designed, built, and shipped from Derbyshire, UK. Many items are made in small batches or by hand. This is reflected in delivery times.

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages where possible. As a guide, most orders are delivered within 5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, stock availability, or external factors.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If an item is not in stock or requires additional lead time, we will contact you with an update and options.

All orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners. Once dispatched, tracking details may be provided where available.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We currently ship across the UK. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns: If you need to return a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

To start a return, email customerservices@weareblok.co.uk with your order reference number and a short explanation.

Returns should be sent using a recorded delivery service. BLOK cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

Knives & Safety: Knives are age-restricted products.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

Delivery may require age verification on receipt.
